Dispatch

We aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 days. If for any reason this is delayed we will contact you to let you know. 

Please allow up to three working days after dispatch for delivery within the UK. If you have not received your order within this time, please email: traceryprints@gmail.com Please note that if you order more than one product they may be dispatched separately and arrive at different times.

 
Delivery Charges

Our framed prints will be shipped in protective packing to ensure the print and frame arrive in perfect condition.

UK: £6.00 for small and medium sized framed prints, £12.00 for larger sized framed prints

 
Cancellation & Refund Policy

Framed prints are bespoke, made-to-order goods. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations these goods do not attract the same cancellation rights that typically apply to a distance contract. 

 

Cancelling your order before despatch

You may change your mind prior to dispatch, and you will not be charged for your order. To cancel before despatch your please email us at traceryprints@gmail.com

Cancelling your order after despatch

You may return a framed print if you are unhappy with the product when you receive it. A 50% fee of the cost of each returned item will be deducted from any refund. Goods must be returned at your own cost and we would recommend that you return the goods by recorded delivery. Please return your order to us at the address below in its original condition, with any seals and shrink wrap intact within 14 days of receiving the item(s). Please enclose the original delivery note to help us identify your order and let us know the reason for your return.  We will only accept items that are undamaged.  Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

​Shipping​

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty or damaged frames or glass

If the frame or glass is faulty or damaged when you receive it, you may return the item for re-framing. You must notify of us of any fault or damage within 14 days of receipt. Please email us at traceryprints@gmail.com and provide the following information:

  • your details;

  • your order number; 

  • a photo of the damage to or fault with the item and packaging.

If an item is faulty or damaged we will arrange for a designated courier service to collect the faulty item at our cost.
